LED Matrix Simulator
A browser-based LED matrix experiment that turns a simple grid into something more playful and visual. This is the first live project linked directly from the lab.
Open project βThe Test Lab is the creative lane of teicher.xyz β a place for browser experiments, small tools, UI ideas, and whatever interesting project deserves a real page instead of staying stuck as a half-formed idea.
This is the experimental side of the site: warm, playful, and intentionally flexible. It is made to grow one project at a time without losing the same clean visual style as the rest of the site.
Projects here are built by Ben Teicher using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AI-assisted workflow help where it makes sense. The goal is not to fake wizard-level coding β it is to make cool things, ship them, and keep learning by building.
One project is live now, and the rest of the page is intentionally ready for whatever comes next without looking unfinished.

Open project βA reserved slot for the next visual experiment, UI concept, or browser toy that earns its way onto the site.
A placeholder card with the exact same polish as the finished projects so the page already feels intentional and built out.
Reserved for a small tool, simulator, or utility page that starts as an idea and eventually becomes a real one-click project.
This slot is ready for a design-heavy page, animation test, or effect demo that looks too good to stay buried in a folder.
A wildcard slot for the kind of late-night project that starts with βwhat if I made...β and somehow ends up being real by midnight.
The lab is designed to start simple without feeling empty. As more projects get added, this structure already has a place for them to land.
The Test Lab is meant to feel like a real destination, not a hidden corner of the site. It can grow with project pages, simulators, experiments, and concept builds while keeping the same warm visual identity throughout.
This page can naturally expand with project categories, tags, dedicated experiment pages, and a more detailed archive without needing to redesign the whole thing.
